Just like Varėna and Elektrenai, Ukmergė is just a tiny spot on the map and an insignificant town located in the rural area about 80km north of Vilnius. However for history enthusiasts, still some medieaval remains like the old hill fort in the centre can be found here. The contests were held in the cultural centre of the town.
