Elektrenai is a town between the capital Vilnius and Kaunas. The contests take place in the cultural centre.
In case you're wondering if Elektrenai has something to do with electricity, then you're right. In Sovjet times, a power plant that produces electricity from gas and oil has been built on the other side of the lake and it functions as the country's biggest energy provider. The village was originally build for employees of this plant.
